After getting my laptop back from round #2 in the shop, I am back in business - without it, I feel like I'm missing a body part. Is this a problem??? Isa fans, get ready. We are wrapping up a new album that features Isa in some very stripped-down acoustic guitar / vocal performances that are amazing. It is a very intimate, vibey recording that really showcases her songs and her spirit.... I'm also finishing up a great record for Jordan Critz that we have been working on for a while, and getting ready to mix the new Dynamites record which will be killer. Many more projects are on the horizon and I am gearing up some new flyrods for the spring fishing season....

2007 has picked up right where 2006 left off. After 2 weeks off in the secure, undisclosed location, I have jumped right back into the fire with a mix for Downhere on a compilation project they are a part of, a radio mix for Jason Gray, and 2 mixes for a new Australian artist named Charmaine that my old partner-in-crime Mark Heimermann is producing. Next week I am finishing up mixes for Magnolia Rose, produced by Bill Elder, and then starting on the Dynamites record, as well as finishing up mixes for Jordan Critz and Isa Couvertier later in the month. WHEW.... and that's just January! Hoping to get some winter fishing mixed into all of that, as well as playing some chess with my 8 yr. old son, who beat me last night in a chess match - now that is awesome!!!!
