Well, I'm 2 songs into Sara Grove's new album and it is awesome. It's a little different than some of her other stuff in that it's a bit bigger and more grandiose, but the songs a great and her voice sounds amazing. Stay tuned....
I just finished a 2-week tracking marathon with Nate Sabin out at the Darkhorse Cabin. It was great - we had a blast and cut some really great tunes with a bunch of really great artists. I look forward to getting the tracks back over to my place for some mixing soon.
I keep raving about the Dynamites record, and so do the reviewers. Here's one from allmusic.com - click
I have some more tracking dates coming with Little Big Town, and I'll soon be beginning a new project with Jaci Velasquez.
Fun stuff....

I'm putting the finishing touches on a new Joe Rogness record that is beautiful! Joe has stepped it up a notch in the songwriting department, and vocally as well. Ben Shive has done a great job in putting together a record that will set the bar pretty high for the indie singer/songwriter types...
On Monday, I enter a 2-week tracking extravaganza with Nate Sabin, where he's bringing down several of his artists from Minneapolis and tracking several different projects during the 2-week stay. It will be tons of fun with Steve Brewster on drums, Matt Pearson on bass, Sir Jeffery Roach on keys and George Cochinni on guitars...
In other news, Sara Groves comes to the Workshop June 25 to begin mixing her new release! I can't wait...
Check out the Dynamites:

That's all for now...
