November update

I've been mixing some great rock-n-roll here of late, but on the other end of the spectrum, I'm finishing up a classical-type project consisting of instrumental numbers based around acoustic guitars, piano, and cello. It is a very fun project to work on.
I hope to start a great pp-rock project soon with a friend of mine who is new to Nashville, and I have several other things circling around that sound like fun endeavors as well.
Also fun are a few new pieces of gear in The Workshop that are bringing some new sounds and new tones, so come by soon, bring some great music, and let's rock!
Look for Sara Groves' new Christmas cd called "O Holy Night". We recorded it out at Darkhorse Studios, and finished it up a my studio last summer. It is a really great Christmas cd that has some old favorites along with some new songs she as written that are in the theme of the Christmas story. Here's a short review from the-trades.com:
From start to finish, O Holy Night is consistent in delivery, quality, tone and mood. Light a fire, cuddle up on the couch, turn down all the lights (except the ones twinkling on the tree, of course!) and let this one wash over you. It's a Christmas experience to be cherished. (Grade: A+)

2 weeks with Nate Sabin in St.Paul, MN tracking a few different projects. We had a great time tracking with Steve Goold & Michael Bland (drums), Aaron Fabbrini (bass), Ben Gowell (guitars), and Phil Madeira (gtr & keys). The artists were Sara Renner & Jay Asplin, and I really had a great time up north working with 2 great artists!
Here are some pics:
