Wow - 1 month of '09 already in the books! Time flies...

Here's a pic of me and Michael Bland when we were tracking together up in Minneapolis late last year:



He would begin every track by yelling "Roll the click Buuuuuuuddddddddy" and then we'd talk about the Cracker Barrel, which he thought was where everyone in Nashville ate every meal... We had a blast working together, and I hope I get to record him again soon!


--- I've been mixing some great rock tracks for Jordan Critz, a few very, very cool projects for Forerunner Music Group, and I'm about to begin producing an EP for Blake Bollinger that will have some really nice pop/rock tunes on it. So things are moving along in '09!

I have just returned after an extended holiday break and I am rip-roaring-ready to jump back into action! There is SO MUCH doom & gloom about the economy in general and the music biz in particular, but I am ready to kick some butt in '09. January is off to a great start as my calendar is full for the first of month of the year. I am mixing a few records for Brandon Hampton, a really talented producer up in KC, and also working with my good buddy Jordan Crtiz. In addition I will be producing an ep for a great new pop artists named Blake Bollinger, so here we go - off and running!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by or sent the songs to the workshop in 2008, and I look forward to hooking up with old and new friends and 2009.
